Our Mission
Red Earth Bistro aims to give each guest the experience of the Native American Culture through aroma, spice, taste, and cuisine. Let us prepare a tantalizing dish featuring
Native American culture for the guest palate to savor.

Come join us for our first-ever chef collaboration with the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Tribal Education to get the exclusive chance to work closely with the renowned Chef Freddie Bitsoie. ​

Chef Freddie Bitsoie, a Navajo chef and author, will work with
us as our restaurant develops and guide us on how to execute
the event and menu through a Native American perspective.
